The Passing of CDR Susan M. Haeg, USN (Ret)
Dear USNPAA Members,
It is with deep sadness to report the untimely death of Commander Susan Haeg. Susan was a member of our community who passed away at the very young age of 60. She passed peacefully at her home in San Marcos, California.
Susan received her commission after graduating from the University of Minnesota. She held a variety of East and West coast public affairs assignments and completed her career as the public affairs officer at the Naval War College in Newport.
Susan was always looked upon as nothing but professional, focused and a valued member of any staff or command she was assigned to.
Susan is survived by her mother, a brother and a sister. Please keep them in your thoughts as they cope with their loss.
