USNPAA Reunion 2023 Registration - May 26 Deadline
Dear USNPAA Members,
Thanks to all of you who have sent in your USNPAA Reunion 2023 registration. If you haven’t done so yet, please send in your reunion registration today. Don’t miss Reunion 2023 at the Hilton Garden Inn Arlington/Shirlington in Arlington, VA, on September 8-9, 2023, including the Friday Welcome Dinner at the Army Navy Country Club.
We need your registration now because we must decide on May 26 if we have enough people registered to meet our contractual obligation with the Hilton Garden Inn. We can cancel the Hilton contract without paying a cancellation fee as long as we cancel 90 or more days prior to our arrival date of September 7. If we cancel 31 to 89 days prior to September 7, we will incur a $6,000 cancellation fee. The fee increases to $12,000 if we cancel 30 days or less prior to the reunion. To avoid these high fees, we must decide on May 26 whether to hold or cancel the reunion.
