A Letter from the USNPAA President
Holiday Wishes and Hope for the New Year
Shipmates,
As the holiday season descends upon us, casting its twinkling lights and warm aromas across the globe, I find myself reflecting on the incredible community we share in the U.S. Navy Public Affairs Association. From Seamen to Admiral in the active and reserve forces to the seasoned civilian communicators to the retired and former Public Affairs Officers with a lifetime of stories to tell, we are a tapestry woven with the threads of dedication, service, and a shared love for the Navy.
This year, we have witnessed the unwavering commitment of our members, both active and reserve, as you have navigated the ever-changing tides of global events. We have seen the creativity and resilience of our civilian professionals, who continue to tell the Navy's story with passion and skill. And we have been humbled by the continued support of our former Navy Public Affairs shipmates, who remain a source of wisdom and inspiration for those who follow in their wake.
As the year draws to a close, I want to express my deepest gratitude for each and every one of you. You are the heart and soul of the USNPAA, and your dedication to our mission of informing, inspiring, and connecting with the American people is truly remarkable.
In the coming year, let us continue to strive for excellence in all that we do. Let us use our voices to tell the Navy's story with clarity and conviction. And let us remember that the bonds we share as a community that will continue to grow stronger as we build and grow the USNPAA organization over time.
As we gather with our loved ones, raising glasses and sharing stories, I pray that the spirit of the holidays fills your hearts with joy, peace, and hope for a prosperous New Year. May the coming months be filled with personal and professional achievements, and may the Navy continue to be a beacon of strength and security for our nation.
From the bottom of my heart, I wish you and your families a wonderful, safe and joyous holiday season!
Cheers,
David J. Albritton
President
