Norma B. Connelly Public Affairs Service Awards
The Norma B. Connelly Public Affairs Service Award was established in 2008 by USNPAAA and the Navy Chief of Information (CHINFO) to recognize individuals who has given extraordinary service to Navy Public Affairs.
It is named after Norma Connelly, who served in the Navy Office of Information for 22 years, including extraordinary service as the Navy Chief of Information’s personal executive secretary from September 1978 to July 2000.
